How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Orders are shipped from our distribution center in North Carolina. Orders shipping to a street address ship via USPS, UPS Surepost, or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the package.
For UPS Surepost, UPS will pick up the order from the distribution center and deliver the shipment to your local post office. Then, USPS will make final delivery to your mailbox or door.
For APO/FPO shipping addresses, orders are sent via FedEx Smartpost. FedEx will pick up the order from the distribution center and deliver the shipment to your local post office. Then, USPS will make final delivery to your base.
In all cases, you will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Shipments to Street Addresses: Please allow 2-10 days for your order to arrive.
Shipments to PO /APO / FPO Addresses: Please allow 10-14 days for product delivery.
Shipments to AK or HI can take up to 5 weeks for delivery from the distribution center.
Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during holiday (November and December) and high sales volume times.
Can’t find your package?
Please double check surrounding areas such as your porch, bushes, mailbox, etc. and ensure your neighbors haven’t received it by mistake. If you still haven’t located the package in 4 business days, please contact us.
Does Soffe Ship outside the Us?
Soffe does not ship outside the US. We ship to all 50 states as well as military APO/FPO addresses.
How Can I Return My Items?
We offer a no-hassle return policy that allows you to return or exchange eligible apparel for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All discontinued items are final sale and ineligible for return or refund. Please contact customer service if you wish to return product(s) purchased. Customer service can be reached by email or phone.

Once we receive the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Soffe accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal & Venmo: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Amazon Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
If you create an account, or login to your account before placing your order, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
You can only use one discount code at checkout. If you have multiple discount codes our site should automatically apply the discount with the highest savings.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
We are proud to offer a 15% discount on all orders for Military personnel (active duty & veterans) and their families through the GovX program.
This discount also applies for First Responders (Fire, Police, Healthcare Workers) and Teachers.
During checkout, click the button to claim your discount and you will be asked to verify your affiliation with GovX ID. Verification is real-time and secure. If you already have a GovX ID account, just log in!
GovX discount codes can not be combined with any other discount codes.
